In this position, you will
- Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team, including internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty issues.
- Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
- Lead problem solving teams and activities
- Perform data analysis and regular reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve quality issues efficiently to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Conduct process auditing.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management system (ISO 9001/14001).
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
- Participate in new product introductions and continuous improvement activities using techniques like Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and Measurement System Analysis.
- Develop and refine Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Develop and align on Control plan creation and validation
- Manage and coordinate customer and supplier performance indicators.
An ideal candidate will have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies such as Six-Sigma and Poka-Yoke
- Expertise in conducting and leading FMEA and Control Plan creation/validation
- Proven ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration in Czech and English language
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
- Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) or similar preferred
