What you´ll Do:
- Provide L2 support for applications and related systems
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests, supporting global end-users
- Maintain, update, and configure applications to ensure security and efficiency
- Maintain and update IT documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Mentor and train junior IT staff, fostering professional growth and development
What We´re Looking For:
- Experience in IT support for ERP or CRM systems (2+ years)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP public cloud, or QAD (a strong plus)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve application/integration issues
- Experience deploying new features for applications based on business requirements (configuration only)
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, with a focus on continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends
- Familiarity with process digitalization, AI, and automation (a plus)
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Czech and English (B2); French is a plus
