As a part of exciting growth in the Semiconductor sector, TESCAN is currently recruiting for an experienced candidate for the position of Product Marketing Manager.

This person will strengthen the Semiconductor product marketing group, and support TESCAN’s ambition to enable state of the art, innovative and automated Semiconductor Failure Analysis workflows. The primary focus is on TEM sample preparation solutions. Other insertion points can be assigned to this Product Marketing Manager with further growth in the market sector.

Job description

  • Conduct Environmental Analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements,
  • Create and maintain strong long-term partnerships with selected key accounts and opinion makers,
  • Use insights from your Environmental Analysis to write Market Requirement Documents (MRDs),
  • Produce marketing content to engage, consult and challenge customers at all stages of the sales cycle,
  • Own scoping and launch phases of the TESCAN gated Product Lifecycle Management Process (PMP),
  • Be the primary interface of the Product Group for Marketing Operations and Sales,
  • Participate in key conferences, trade shows, workshops, etc. to expand visibility of TESCAN TEM lamella prep solutions.

An ideal candidate will have

  • MSc or PhD in the field of TESCAN’s core market segments,
  • A Strong technical background and operational experience with failure analysis workflows in the semiconductor industry,
  • The ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements for FA equipment,
  • Leadership skills to provide direction to your colleagues in Product Management, Marketing Operations and Sales on Product Positioning and Competitive Differentiation,
  • Very good communicative skills (both verbal and written),
  • Language skills: English B2 or higher is must; German, Chinese or Korean are perceived as an advantage,
  • Willingness to travel regularly and internationally to customer sites and conferences with possession of a valid passport and driving license.
