We are looking for a new team member for our Global Service Technical Support (Level 3 Support), helping customers worldwide with installations, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting.

What’s in store for you?

🏭 Work directly at the source – Be part of our headquarters in Brno, where our microscopes are designed and built. You’ll work closely with both R&D and production teams.
🌍 Travel & Installations – New microscope? You’ll take the lead! Your job will include installation, setup, calibration, and customer training—both in the Czech Republic and around the world.
🔍 Diagnostics & Repairs – Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify faulty components, and collaborate with R&D on solutions.
🦸‍♂️ 3rd-Level Technical Support – When field service engineers or service partners need expert assistance, you’ll be the go-to problem solver.
🔬 Cutting-Edge Technology – Work with high-precision mechanics, electronics, and vacuum systems at the forefront of scientific research.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Technical background – A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics. We’ll help you build on your foundations!
  • Hands-on skills & problem-solving mindset – If you love taking things apart, fixing them, and figuring out how they work, this is the job for you.
  • English communication skills – You’ll interact with international customers. If you’re still improving, we’ll support your growth.
  • Driver’s license (B) & willingness to travel – Business trips abroad are part of the job.
  • Electrical certification (formerly Decree 50/1978 Coll., now Gov. Decree 194/2022 Coll.) – If you don’t have it or it’s expired, we’ll arrange training for you.
  • Independence & responsibility – We need someone who takes initiative and sees tasks through to completion.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with electron microscopes or vacuum technology.
  • Are familiar with imaging techniques.
  • Have worked in a similar role—but if you’re a talented graduate eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you too!
