We are currently recruiting for an experienced candidate for the position of Business Solution Specialist for Micro-CT. The person in this position will be key member of the Business Unit sales team, partnering with the Sales team supporting and managing all sales opportunities, managing the handover of Purchase Orders, engaged in production slot reservation, supporting the worldwide sales teams and supports the product manager.
Direct supervisor of this role is based in Belgium with significant part of the team. So, this person is expected to be skilled in English language and willing to travel to Gent, Belgium approximately once in 3 months to maintain close cooperation with the team there.
In this position, you will
- Handle Key Calculations: Oversee warranty conditions, delivery timelines, and more to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate on Product Offerings: Work with Product Manager and Product Sales Leader to prepare product offerings and costings
- Optimize Sales and Production: Align sales opportunities with production schedules for maximum efficiency
- Streamline Orders: Ensure Purchase Orders are efficiently recorded in our QAD system
- Manage Contracts: Coordinate third-party contracts and pricing in collaboration with the Global Supply Chain team
- Provide Sales Support: Act as the vital link between Product Managers and our Sales Network, ensuring clear and effective communication across the company
- Prepare Documentation: Create and manage essential documents, including references, certificates, and NDAs
- Lead Presentations and Tours: Deliver presentations and coordinate factory tours for customers, particularly at our Brno plant
- Coordinate Customer Visits: Manage logistics for customer factory visits, including hotels and agendas
- Monitor Opportunities: Keep track of business opportunities in your territory and support CRM updates
- Manage Change Management: Oversee change management and product revision tracking in close collaboration with Production, Product Management, and R&D teams
- Support Demo Sales: Assist in the ordering and selling of demo equipment within Global Demo Labs
An ideal candidate will have
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a sales or operations environment
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to think strategically about business opportunities
- Excellent command of English and Czech language, both written and spoken, is essential
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong self-motivation, a proactive approach and organizational and tracking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- High sense of responsibility and reliability and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to tackle challenges effectively
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to work in a hi-tech environment
